Work, lots and lots of work. The company (we do premium deli meats and artisan cheeses) is growing so fast that there just isn’t enough hands to keep up, so we are all trying to be more hands than we actually have. It’s an exciting time and I love how thrilled everyone is, the customer response, and especially the store responses to the product, training, and assistance. Just good times and long weeks!

The article wasn’t serious, but using it as bait sure was intentional. They thrive on getting people to defend something and then just tearing them down as much as possible, backing people into corners that shouldn’t exist out of pure spite, and overall just being less than excellent to each other.
